The hotel was in a peaceful setting just off M7 Motorway on old Dublin Road, offering well-appointed large rooms with multi-channel TV. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and clean. My stay at Rackett Hall for three nights, including over NYE, was fantastic and elegant. The hotel was equipped with useful amenities like a trouser press, safe, and tea/coffee facilities. It wasn't busy during my visit, which created a cozy atmosphere.

The service at Rackett Hall was pleasant and very accommodating. I was mostly assisted by Stephanie and Celine, who were absolutely excellent, efficient, helpful, and polite. They attended to my needs promptly and with a friendly demeanor.

The hotel's location, being 3kms from Roscrea, was very cozy with comfortable seats and a blazing fire. It was a welcoming place to break the journey, and the proximity to a superb golf course added to the charm. I was grateful for the hospitality of all the staff at Rackett Hall.
