My stay at Rackett Hall for three nights, including over NYE, was fantastic and elegant. The hotel was equipped with useful amenities like a trouser press, safe, and tea/coffee facilities. It wasn't busy during my visit, which created a cozy atmosphere.

The service at Rackett Hall was pleasant and very accommodating. I was mostly assisted by Stephanie and Celine, who were absolutely excellent, efficient, helpful, and polite. They attended to my needs promptly and with a friendly demeanor.
